Refunds or replacements are available only when Pure Slumber is at fault, including delivery failures, lost shipments, or damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Issues must be reported within 28 days of delivery with photo or video evidence emailed to pureslumbershop@gmail.com. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if requested before processing or shipping. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but are typically 7 - 10 days.
